I go to accessories on your start menu, then go to paint, go to file and click open, then a window comes up and you can choose to browse to wherever you keep them. Click on the pic you want to do and click on jpeg file. Then go to image and choose stretch skew and change it to 20 x 20 and save the file and name it. Now close window and go back to your thread where you want it to be and click on manage attachments. When window opens up click on browse and go to where you saved the pic and click on it and once again make sure it is jpeg format, then click upload and you have it as an attachment. Hope I didn't leave anything out.
