Need some HELP

I bought this light on ----. It is a 175 watt metal halide Odyssea. It was listed as new never used but the MH lamp was lost. So I bought a replacement & suprise it dosen't work. Here is what the tag reads.
for use with metal halide 20' 223 W
HQ1 lamp 175 W 10,000K 175 W 20,000K
CF lamp 24 W Actinic Blue (2)
Blue Moom 2 LED
Dose any one know where I can get some info i.e. a wireing digram or owners book? Come on some one has to know where I can get a digram?

aquatraders.com sells this fixture. (they dont sell anything this site sells. not a competing website)

Is anything working (PC's fans?)
Check that fuse above the cords on the ballast.

THat looks like a older MH light fixture. Now not sure but I know when I put my MH light in I had to try it turned both ways. I thought they sent me a bad bulb but try that. It worked for me.

Yeah it works just not the MH light. I will try & flip the lamp

Tried the lamp flip still nothing. Swaped a ballast & still nothing. I need a owners book.

That is the bad thing about Odyssea, no books or manuals. I am sure if you contact Aquatraders by phone them might be able to help.

That website has a horrible reputaion for customer service. I would look at the seller you bought it from. They sold you a defective fixture.

I know this sounds stupid and probably is not your issue but did you try another bulb I deal with mh at work alot and have seen more than one bad bulb new out of the box just thought maybe it was worth a shot before you dig deeper good luck ,
