Need some help

I need some tips on how to take good tank pictures. It seems like every picture I take the fish comes out blurry. Also should I use the flash? Any other tips are appreciated. Thanks

Lights on in the tank
Flash OFF
Lights in room off
Move the camera with whatever fish you are taking the picture of

Maybe that was my problem. I've been trying to hold my camera steady. I'll try that. Thanks
