Need some info please

I just got a 90gal wave tank. I have been a freshwater person for ever and moved over to salt. I love the tank but have many ?s. one is lighting. I have Dual acting 420 nm 65 watts & daylight 65 watts 21.75". What should I set my timers to? I have live rock and fish no corals along with some invertebrates Have other questions if someone can help.

I have hair algae growing on one of my rocks how do I get rid of it. Also I'm doing a 10 to 15gal water change weekly and my levels are still not right for the water my po is still high. Also my nitrate is high
