is the first one a paly? if so then i think Lunar Eclipse.. i've never heard of X-men.

x-men and lunar eclipse are the same thing, some folks sell them as different, but my experience is that when in the same tank they are exactly the same.
The third one is dragon eyes (not radio active dragon eyes), it's usually a pretty cheap frag but really nice coloration for a cheap one.
Price is hard to define, you're going to pay a lot from a place specializing in zoas and listing by name, but you should be able to pick these very reasonably from a board that has a live stock selling forum (--, NR, etc). On a board you would probably pay $30 for a x-men frag (5 - 10 polyps) and no more than $20 for the second and third (10+ polyps).
I've been out of the game for about 6 months so it's possible the market has come down with the economic down turn and you might get them a little cheaper.
