Hello
I am going to start my new 50 gal soon. I have never had a reef setup and was wondering what type of lighting it would require and how much power is needed. I also need to know about filtration as my old tank had an eclipse hood. Do I need a protein skimmer, bio wheel what is a hassle free setup. I was planning to use my old 25 gal as a sump. But I think I need more information before I begin to purchase items for it. The new tank is a Sea Clear with the overflow in the middle-back of the tank.
