need suggestions on a new retrofit.

I currently have 1 9w and 1 13w retrofit on my 2.5 nano. I just got done building a canopy, and stand. I just recieved my 2x13watt retrofit in the mail I am trying to get as much light in there as possible but with the reflector I can only fit two. If I x the reflector an paint the inside white will I loose light? and wheres the best place to put the ballasts?

well if you x the reflector can you fit more lights in besides 2........if you can add more bulbs you will gain more lighting...........just a thought ...some small thin mirror on the top of the inside hood whould give you back the lighting........i think you will lose some when painted white........ maybe not to much to worry about ..... use gloss white paint .......... if you can add more bulbs thats the ticket........ its nice to have a reflector. may be you can retro fit the reflector for 3 bulbs may be 4.. just my opinion.

also some ballasts are on the power cord maybe you can retro fit the power cord so that you can hide the ballast in the stand.

I ended up painting inside white for now... I'll figure out some way of putting in a reflector in the future I got three 13 watts in there now with room for one more. I was missing one endcap. I have the ballasts mounted on top of the canopy until I make a box for them so its not as apeasing to the eye as I want it to be. But I am so happy there fitting.
