Would love suggestions for fish that won't eat my clean up crew (shrimp, crabs and snails). I have a 220 gal, the last of my clean up crew eaters passed away. I have had the tank for 15 years and always seemed drawn to the fish that that munched down my inverts but now that im pushing 50 I would like to have a fish only tank that I can have a little help with the clean up. I know that I can have one tang, but thats a lot of room for one tang. Looking forward to everyones advice, Thanks......Jeannette

Welcome to the site!
Instead of fish buy these books first, it will save you money and grief. The best books I ever bought for SWF. I added a page so you can see the info. Reef safe means they won't eat your CUC or corals.

Tangs, dwarf angels, anthias, flasher/fairy wrasses the list is endless. Is this a reef?

I agree with btl, You could have a couple tangs such as Kole and scopas, there are some really pretty flasher or fairy wrasses that dont bother snails or crabs, pair of banggi, nice pair of clowns, dwarf angel.
There are lots of fish that dont bother inverts, just look for anything that says reef safe.

Thanks for the response.....The only thing left in the tank right now is the live rock. It has been just about 24 hrs since the my eel died.

Thanks for your response.....good to know I can do several types of tangs, the tank is so large that I like to have two fish that arent itty bitty.
