That seems to be the usual with this site, service sucks! Does'nt really matter if you find the phone number chances are you wont talk to anyone anyway.

I.ve had better service with this site than any other. I e-mailed them about my order being delivered a day late and they answered within an hour with a response from FedEx and what to do if anything was wrong. That is better response time tnhan I get at work!
