Need to anchor/glue down mushroom

My umbrella mushroom is getting thrown all over the tank, both by the powerheads and by the shrimp.
How should I attach it safely to a rock?
Thanks

was hoping for a little input :(
I tried googling and searching on here. Everything I was finding was about Fragging.
The poor mushroom continues to be picked on by the CBS and I keep trying to put it in a more protected area. Guess I will have to wait and see if it will anchor itself down.
Just in case, what are the signs that it is dying?

get a small dish and put small rocks in it....
put the dish in a low flow area of your tank...
in about 1-2 days your mushroom should be attached...
if you do not have a low flow area then you can put a screen over the top of the dish so the mushroom will not float out and the CBS will not agrivate it...

You can;
Loosely rubberband it around a rock.
Do the dish, rubble thing.
Place it on a pc. of rubble with some netting tied around it.

i tried the rubberband method (loosely)
it looks like a dying starfish. White tissue came out from the base and the mouth. :(
I took the rubberband off and left it in the tank. It hasn't changed.

I like the shotglass method. Shroom will tend to stay put in the glass. Won't take more than a couple of days for it to attach to some rock below it.

Here is what I do - works like a charm. Put some small (but not too small) rubble in the bottom for the mushroom to attach to.

I am trying the very small plastic food storage things. The diameter is just a little bigger than the mushroom. I put the original rock in there and am hoping it will attach.
