well, lets see:
how often are people told not to believe everything a lfs says, even by the mods here?
i'm not saying scott will lead people wrong, but there's a difference between owning a huge shipping company and being a hobbyist.

SWF.com has hobbyists who work here as well and we often will collaborate to come up with answers for people.

i would think this section would be the place for people to ask about issues with swf.com the store.
