The obvious answer is why not wait to get the tang till after you guys have established the much larger tank? I would say your pushing your luck very hard w/the other fish you named off adding an additional tang. Besides the increased water quality challenges, its a matter of physical space. Thats a lot of fish for a 75 gal, especially a two tangs. I think you run the risk stressing the blue tang (do you mean hippo) and leading to his early demise.

A bit of info on the fish so you can make an educated decision:
Sailfin Tang, Desjardni, Red Sea - Zebrasoma desjardinii
Also known as: Red Sea Sailfin Tang
The Zebrasoma desjardinii grows up to 15 inches. The Sailfin Tang, Desjardni, Red Sea prefers a tank of at least 140 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim. The Zebrasoma desjardinii is an herbivore and likes to eat marine algae, zucchini, brocoli, mysid shrimp, Spirulina, lettus, seaweed, sponges, and other meaty treats. The Sailfin Tang, Desjardni, Red Sea is a medium maintenance fish and may act aggressively towards other fish, especially other Tangs of the genus Zebrasoma. Reef-safe. Has also been known to help with the control of Valonia algae. Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F). The Sailfin Tang, Desjardni, Red Sea is commonly collected from the Red Sea.

Wait on the larger tank. No amount of water changes will help with aggression or stress related diseases. It might work, or it might cost you your fish. Much better just to wait until you have the bigger tank. Patience is the key to the hobby....
