Need to transfer six-line wrasse w/ ich: any idea?

OK, my sixline comes down with ick. Just noticed this today. She's eating and everything, but just have white spots on the fins. I want to remove her and treat her with hypo in a q tank, but how can I catch her? She's a fast swimmer, and at night, I have no idea where she hides. Any idea?
Anyway, if I remove her ASAP before she loses her spots, has my tank already been infected by ich?
Also, tell me if I'm missing anything. I know I asked this three or four months ago but here's what I remember.
Q tank: heater, power head, no substrate, does it need filter?
Hyposalinity: 48 hrs period = salinity 1.009. Keep it for a month. No need to cycle. Prevent it from cycling by changing the water everyday? Or cycle it? Where can I get a good salinity measurer, refractometer?
Thanks,
