live rock then sand? or sand then live rock im setting my 5.5 up and ive heard people say either one. it seems to make sense to put the sand first

Live rock then sand, that way if something burrows under it will not get crushed when the rock moves

Doesn't really matter, as long as your liverock is directly touching the bottom of the tank. If you put the sand in first, then sit the rock on top of the sand, your sand could shift causing all of your rock to tumble. So preferable to do rock then sand.

meh i put the sand then pushed the rocks down to the bottom i hope that works

well like stated above. its better to do rock then sand. it wont cause the rocks to move at all.
