Need your Advice

O.k. i just bought this 55g setup and all i need is light and a skimmer my question is since ima NEWBIE i wanted to start slow and was gonna do fowlr and then later on get into coral and etc.. so what lighting would i need for just a fowlr??? i appreciate any advice or info u can give thanks a million

well FOWLR tanks don't need specific lighting, better lighting will "look" better, but if you want corals down the road you wont want to upgrade later...upgrading isn't all that fun, more money, more work, just might as well get what you need first, if you really want to take your time then just wait, but fish only do not have light requirements, more experienced people will probably give you better info too. good luck

no real specific lighting for fowlr but if u wanna do coral just get some t5s 4x54w will look great with fish and u can keep anything with 4x54w as long as there individual reflectors
