Need your help/thoughts

Ok, here is where I am struggling with some ideas I want to do but not sure if I can.
I have an 80 gallon (non-drilled, non-overflow??) tank, just a standard 4 sided tank. I have a Fluval 404 filter, powerhead, Prism skimmer, 20-25lb of lr, etc...
I have been thinking putting in a refugium (can it go below the tank?), and have seen pictures and DIY plans, but I know that I do not have the true capabilities and know how to put a DIY plan together.
Does anyone know if they make a package for us idiots that want to buy the needed parts for a refugium?
Help me understand what I am missing.

You will need to add an overflow. They make them that hang on the back of your tank. This will lead down to the refigium.
You can buy sumps already made or you can use a rubbermaid container, even an old tank would work. You just need to divide the container into chambers to allow you a place to place the pump so nothing will get sucked into it.
