neon velvets help

ok i have 3 neon velvets and they look grate when i got them,good color and all. now whats going on 2 out of 3 is not black and neo any more? is this normal? do they change colors when there stressed??? or is it a sign of death? 1 neon is bullyin the other 2 around, and he's the one still with all his good colors... i know there aggressive towords other fish that looks just like them selfes, but didnt find that out till later on bummer,,,, will they get there color back?????

You hit the nail on the head. The agressive fish's harassment on the other fish is causing stress, thus the discoloration.
I'd suggest that you try to remove the 2 being harassed and return them to the LFS.
