neon wrasse

I bought a neon wrasse from this site not long ago. right now he mostly stays buried in the dolomite. I also have a spotted hawk, and royal gramma( who also stays behind the skimmer and never comes out) and a percula clown. 45 gal. I suspect the spotted hawk is the problem, although I've never seen any aggression towards the other fish.
Any one have any thoughts on the neon wrasse and my situation.

it could be drs foster and smith profile them as aggresive it may be him
The Spotted Hawkfish, also known as the Threadfin Hawkfish or Blotched Hawkfish, has a white body with large red blotches.
A 30 gallon or larger aquarium with plenty of hiding places is acceptable for this hardy and aggressive fish. It should not be kept with larger more aggressive hawkfish. Although it eats small fish and shrimp, with caution, it can make an excellent reef inhabitant.
Hope this helps,
Logan
