Hello,
I got a Nepthea Tree frag for 10 bucks from the LFS a little less than a week ago. It looked fairly small and blue when I brought it home. I understand they expand and retract like other corals, and after acclimation and such, the next couple days it expanded to a normal size. Then, I was gone for two days over the weekend and when I got back, it was over twice it's size, but looking a little bit more brown than before. My other corals haven't changed color like this... What could cause this? Here are two pics of this coral.
