I have always bought cured live rock and I just purchased a beautiful 10 pound piece of un-cured tonga live rock. I have placed it in a tank full of sw and added a powerhead. What I need to know is:
a. does the water need to be heated
b. do I really need lighting on it
c. does the Ph and alk etc need to be present
d. how long do you think a 10 pound piece of rock needs to be cured.
e. do I need to perfom any water changes.
