Looks like Aiptasia from what I can see in the pic...it's a bit grainy. You'll want to kill it before it spreads. Make up a little kalk paste and add some "juice" from thawed frozen food (like mysis), then squirt a bit of it just in front of the critter's mouth. It will ingest the stuff and die pretty quickly, then siphon out the carcass.
