I have a question about bristle worms, how do you get rid of them, i have heard you can just tweezer them and pull them out and I have also heard that six line wrasse eat them. What is the best way to get rid of them?

There are many methods. The single fastest and most effective is to remove the rock they reside in, but that's also the most disruptive.
My personal favorite is natural control by means of an arrow crab. They are neat animals, are reef safe, generally get along with most things, and will definitely work on your worm population.
