New 312 Gl. Reef Tank-Circulation Help!

Hello to all this is my first post but sure not to be the last,
This is my first attempt into the world of saltwater and I will be asking a lot of dumb questions I'm sure. Please bear with me! I have been researching this adventure for a long time and decided to finally take the plunge. I am in the process of getting my tank built as we speak. It will be a 312 Gal. (96" X 30" X 25") Reef Ready Glass tank with 3 overflows (1 in each back corner and 1 in the center of the back panel). I am also having Jeff at Lifereef custom build my Berlin type sump (48" X 16" X 16") filtration and skimmer system. I will be utilizing LR and LS for my biological filtration. My question is dealing with the water circulation in the tank. I was planning on running SCWD's from my return pump, which is an Iwaki MD70 at approx. 1500 gph, and having 4 Maxijet 1200's @ 295 gph hooked to a Wavemaster Pro. This give me approx. 2680 gph total. Does this sound like a good set-up or does anyone have some better advice or opinions. All help would be greatly appreciated as this will probably just be the beginning of my questions. I hope I have placed this in the right category.
Thanks to all,
Bryant:needhelp: :help: :help: :help: :help: :help: :help:

to be honest . . . a custom tank of that size, get it drilled in the back and do a closed loop system. You will be VERY happy you did in the long run. No powerheads basically to clutter up the display, plus you run less pumps.
You can build it to suit basically, you could put closed loop jets all over the tank with pvc piping.
Apparently money is not an issue here so go fully custom with the closed loop and all . . . lifereef can help you with that.

Thanks for the replies and I appreciate the offer on the Wavemaster but after some of the advice I have been getting I think I might change directions on my setup plans. I think I might change some of my original equipment plans to get more circulation and turnover than my original plan would allow for.
Thanks again,
Bryant

closed loop, running on an ampmaster will work beautifully for you. you might even go for 2 separate closed loop circuits running on 2 ampmasters.
you will never get flow you are happy with in a tank that long with powerheads.
