Need help with equipment needed for a 55 gallon tank

This is my opinion. 55-100 lbs of lr. A 4-6 inch DSB (deep sand bed) a good skimmer. Maybe use a sump to house your heater and skimmer. Then you could run a refuge. Some 175w MH's and some VHO for actinics.
