New 60gal tank

Hello there,
Currenly I have 25 gal tank with 10 gal sump. It is running beautifully. Now I just got a new tank, a 60 gal tank (48Lx24Hx13W I think). I am planing to have 30 gal sump. So here are my questions:
1/ The tank is acrytic, so I guess I can go ahead drill some holes for overflow at each side. Can I have 2 holes for this and where they should be? I read and people suggested like 5" from top and 4" from the corner
2/ How big are the buldhead should I use 2 x 1" or 2 X 1 1/2"?
3/ For the return, should I also have 2 return? Should I drill holes for these or should I just have them over the tank? I plan to have 2 return almost at the middle of the tank while the overlfow holes will be left and right side of the tank.
4/ So what is the return pump should I use and how big for the return head?
5/ I also need to paint the back of the tank. What paint should I use for this?
Those are for now. Please help me as much as you can. THank you so much for your time.

You will need at least two holes for the sump. If you want you could have 3 holes, one for the drain and two for the return. Also, if you want you could drill 3 mores holes if you plan on having a closed loop. Mag drives are the pump of choice in this situation they are great pumps and they can be used as both internal or external. A mag 7 should work. I have heard that people use Krylon Paint to paint the tank, but i am not exactly sure.
PS: Careful not to scratch your tank. Acrylic scratches very easily.

Thank you fishfreak1242 for your reply. So I think what I should do is 1" for drainage, 2 x 3/4" for return. And maybe a CL with another 1" out and 2 x 3/4" in? sound OK to you?? Any other suggestion? appriciate your help a lot.
