Looks awesome! Just be real careful using the suction cups on your Seio Powerheads. I used them for a while until one day while I was at work, one let go and created the biggest sand storm you could imagin. Could have been a disaster if it stayed that way for a long period of time. Otherwise your setup looks good. I like the rockwork.

Is it brown or green? Hard to tell with the lighting. It's probably diatoms, it's normal for a new tank. It will go away on it's own with time, or with adding a clean up crew when the tank has cycled. My clean up crew (1 cleaner shrimp, several cerith and nasarius (sp?) snails and 3 emerald crabs) only took one week to clean everything up, including hair alge.
You can also shorten your lighting time during the cycle, to keep the algea from getting out of hand.
Edit: BTW, love your aquascape!

Not sure the hermit crabs will do much for the diatoms, but the snails will. Get several of them and you'll see what I mean. Just be sure to have some empty shells for your hermits, or they may kill your snails. :scared: I actually keep my hermits in my refuge, so my snail population in my DT stays strong. All I know is when I got back from my week long vacation, my DT that had cerith and nassarius snails, 1 cleaner shrimp and 3 emerald crabs was VERY clean (was full of diatoms and hairy algea when I left), but my sump with all my hermit crabs was gross! Needless to say I added some snails to the sump with some empty shells so hopefully they will clean it up before getting hassled my the hermits. It's only been a few days and I'm already seeing a difference.

I have just add some snail in it. They are doing a great job. But its seem to not eating fast enought for the diatoms and green algae . Its growing on other side after the snail have beening throught. Have started my FR PH . Hope it can reduce the growth.
When its a good time to add fish inb in it.Now the reading seem to be in the okie sector. Or i need to wait for two more weeks. Now its abt 10 days.
