new 90gal tank

i have had 90gal tank setup for about 2 months ....but just bought new light system is it wise to add rocks with mushroom and feather dusters to tank.and can i add new live rock once tank has cycled ......thanks

You can add more LR to a cycled tank, just add small amounts and add them a couple weeks apart to let the bioload adjust. As far as adding mushrooms and dusters, be sure the tank is stable and I would wait until you have the amount of LR you want in the tank. I would always recommend waiting several months before adding corals to a tank.
