id love to get one.... i think once i add my sump/refugium, fill it with about 40-50 more pounds of LR, then let it mature and combien with my 80 pounds in my 40 breeder, id like to get one.

i love my mandarin, and recently he began eating frozen foods like mysid shrimp, plankton, and marine cuizine :cheer:

im wondering if i find my male a female mabye he will teach her to eat frozen but im gona wait a little bit longer then im going for a second.! :jumping:

Yes I finally got one yesterday. One question, where I goe it they told me that if you don't have enough copepods that they can die, is this true? I am not really worried because I know I have quite a bit but amyway.

i know if u havnt had ur live rock enough time they wont have anything to eat. ive had my live rock about a year and my mandrian about 6 months and hes doing fine

But remember, a fish that size needs more than most people think! IMO, if you do not have about a 55g tanks with at least 70 lbs of LR and/or a refugium, you really need to reconsider. These guys will wipe out a pod population FAST and then slowly starve. It is very, very common for them to starve to death in our tanks. Really truly research before even trying to attempt one

I was feeding the other night and flake food was falling to the bottom and all the sudden it started moving aroung like crazy, i looked closer and copeds were grabbing it and running to the shaded rocks.
