New additions

A few days ago I picked up two new additions from a LFS here in town...both corals had just come in and were in good condition...simply could not resist picking them up.
First is what I'm confident is a Porites cylindrica (correct the ID if its wrong)...

The other new purchase was something I've searched for locally without any success...blue 'shrooms. This rock has 6 'shrooms with a great blue color.

Always nice to find new additions that are healthy and available...its just getting very difficutl to make room in the reef for them!

that's a very nice frag of Porites you've got. I like the color!
I'm searching for blue shrooms for the past half a year without any success

I'm jealous. I've also been looking and waiting to pick up some blue mushrooms myself!

NM, did those blue 'shrooms have a locale stuck on them? I often see them advertised as Tonga blue 'shrooms. Nice looking aditions! Bo

Those blue shrooms were a long searched for addition...and I got lucky to find them. A relatively new fish store here in town had just got them in about 2 hours before I checked 'em out. No specific name was provided...but my camera does not do justice to the true color of them! A bright blue with a tinge of purple in places...especially around the edge!
I've probably looked for any type of healthy blue 'shrooms for months ...these were the first I've seen locally. The rock has 6 healthy quarter to half dollar sized 'shrooms and total cost was $24 ... the porite frag was a bit more at $32 ... simply couldn't resist the additions!
