New AGA 120G with Mega Flow Setup

I just ordered a AGA 120G with double overflows, a megaflow sump #4, and MH/PC combo (2x 150w MH and 2x 96 actinics). I am upgrading from a 46G bowfront non-drilled tank. I have a few questions:
1. Do you think I will need a chiller and if so what brand (I figure I need a
1/4 HP if I need one)? Also, if I do use one I will keep the chiller about 8"
from the tank (just to hide it away).
2. I currently have a AquaC Remora Pro with a Mag 5 pump. Can I hang in
off and use this in my sump or should I buy a new one?
3. I want some plumbing ideas for my setup. The Megaflow sump #4 has 2
drain hoses that drain from the tank to the sump. There are 2 return pipes
back into the tank. My thoughts are to run a Mag 12 or 18 out of the
sump to the Chiller. From the chiller back, split and connect to the 2
return pipes. Where should I place ball-valves and unions for potential
future servicing? Should I use PVC or vinyl tubing? How do I connect
everything (I'm not a plumber at all)? What do you think? Should I scrap
that setup and do something else? Would appreciate any advice.

1. I'd set it up and test the temps before purchase..a fan over water surface (either/both sump and tank) can have effective evaporative coolling effect.
2. If sump is tall enough you can hang on side...but the Remora is a bit small for a 120
3. Ball valves and unions near pump for sure...PVC and glue rather than vinyl and clamps...Cut and dry fit everything for fit before gluing anything...I think my property taxes are too high...ever try hang gliding..?

Squidd pretty much covered it...He's da man!

Hard piping vs. tubing IMO is a matter of personal preference.
I like the tubing cause its easier for me to move stuff around when cleaning, that flex hose worked out very well for me when it comes maint time!
I have the 210 w/ the #4 and will be switching everything over to a 40 gallon long sump, the 40 long is same base as a 55 galolon just not as tall.
You might want to look into that before buying the #4 if you want to ever run a fuge but I do have chaeto in my #4 and can easily be done, i just like having the extra room of the 40 long but thats just me!
You definately want more pump volume than what you have now, if its gonna be a fowlr then the mag 12 or 18 should work fine, I have the mag 24 on my 210 and everything is going well now
(had a few bumps!
I call it a learning curve
)
If your gonna run a reef make sure you have the water chemistry stuff down!
