New Aquarium

The guy I bought my aquarium from says i can buy some live rock and some clowns to help it cycle. Is this ok I only filled it 2 days ago...???
Or is it better to wait add some live rock and a shrimp and wait 2 weeks?
How much live rock should I purchase for a 56 gallon corner tank??

never cycle a tank with nemo!!!!!!!!!!! 40-60lbs of LR and some raw shrimp from the Groc. store will do just fine!!

thanks this just gets confusing...... between what I hear here and what the pet store tells me are 2 totally differnt things
I will go add some live rock today and get a shrimp this morning
