Brought it home over the weekend. The maroon took to it overnight and couldn't be happier.

I changed the title of the post. It's my first anemone and couldn't remember the name of it. Thanks.

I hope you have a large tank cause Heteractis magnifica can get rather large. Nice looking speciman, plenty of tentacles.

How big do they get? Also what kind of light do they need?

I have a 90 bowfront...I actually wanted a BTA and I checked my reciept, that's what I asked for and what I paid for but I was ignorant and so was the guy at the LFS. I thought my reciept said riterri sp? but instead has entacmaea quadricolor (BTA). I'm a little nervous about keeping it. After I was advised that it wasn't a BTA I did some research. Figures I bought the most difficult one there is. I have plenty of rockwork for it to climb up, but it is staying near the bottom and I have 260 pc lighting which I read it needs MH lighting and will climb to the top. Don't know
. I have plenty of circulation however so I'll just keep an eye on it....
