new bullet 1 micro bubles

I just setup my new bullet one and I am getting micro bubles with air valve shut all the way the return from skimmer only has a pipe and a 90 elbow on it but seems to have water level right has anyone run into this ???

I just did a little reading and some post say they will do this for a few days is this true and how much micro bubles lol
