i am amazed this is the first pic i took with my new cannon G5 and it is 500x better than anything i could of taken with my old cam.

I got mine last week and I've had lots of fun. Last night our brittle star was out so I got some good picture. the stars are hidden tonight, so I can't play.

nice pic....how did you end up taking it. using macro?? flash no flash. Thats my biggest thing. Sometimes they get blurry depending on what the fish is doing. Then I also have to play with how far away from the tank I am.
I have the G2 and love it. Still learning though.

i took that pic with flash and zoomed in about 4x.........can't get the hang of macro yet, all the pics i tried have come out blurry

I don't know if I can post the place where I get my photo stuff.
Its great. They are pretty competive, they are in New York. HUGE amounts of stuff. The cataloge alone weighs about 5#.
(not really, but it seems like it.)

Ok..... www.bhphoto.com I love it. I have gotten a lot of stuff there. The catalog they will send you is HUGE. Very fun to look a too.
After the puppy problem yesterday and the shark bites (scarey)
I didn't want to go into the posting website waters.
Take a look a the website, you will have fun. But request a catalog, its more fun and a lot easier to see everything.
