New Camera

We just got our new (refurbished) Nikon coolpix 775. For the price, it's great... Here are some pics:

I lowered the resolution quite a bit so they wouldn't take too long to load. But it gives an idea. We haven't become too familiar with the camera yet, either... But it's easy to use and takes great pictures compared to our sony.

Nikon coolpix's are great. I think I have a 430 or something like that. great pictures as well, I like your frog

what did you use for the focusing on those pics gator. 3x zoom?

I actually just let it do what it does...
On the macro mode, it was all the way zoomed in... Not sure how many times that is. It wasn't in the digital zoom though..
This model doesn't have a manual focus, and haven't figured out all of it's capabilities. But it puts pretty much everything in focus for us. I'd like to get a new model sometime soon after I've seen how great this one is.
