new canopy design for 44g pent - comments?

I've got a DIY canopy on my 44g pent, but it's pretty beat up from all the different things I tried. I'm hoping to get a new one made soon. My current canopy is pretty simple, housing one 250w MH and two 6.5" 110 cooling fans. In the new design, I'd like to encorporate 4" 12v fans (quieter) and some PC bulbs to supplement the MH. I'd also like to isolate the balasts and hardware so they are not affected by moisture.
I have pics of my current canopy on my site if you are interested, but here is my plan for the new and improved canopy. It's not to scale, but you get the idea. I want to have the balasts in a sealed area so no moisture can get to them. I'll have to cool this area as the MH balast produces a lot of heat.
Any comments? Like I said, it's not to scale (not nearly as much room for bulbs as it appears), but you get the idea.

After reading the post about placement of cooling fans, I my put several fans in the top of the canopy as opposed to along the sides. I will have 1 or 2 in each side to help pull in cool air, but I will move most to the top of the canopy.
