I just finished with an amazing project. I constructed a canopy for my 18 gallon high tank. It looks awesome. Very professional. I also installed an awesome 96 watt PowerQuad I purchased today and along side it is the 36 watt PC I had on previously. It makes me feel so good to have done all of this myself. My tank will gets its first real; exposure tomorrow with the new lights.
In addition to those lights I mentioned above, I put in a small 5 watt blue bulb i mounted on the side to turn on when all the other lights go off. It adds a small light of blue to simulate the moon. I got all the supplies from HD. It just feels great. I am no expert now, but it really is rewarding to look at quality work and know that you didnt just buy it somewhere, you did it yourself! If I can figure out how to upload pics, I will do.
