New Clam

Look at the sweet clam i just got. A gold maxima. Only $50 for it.

Thats what you get when you dont look at the size when it comes to you. What a rip off. lol

lol it was only $50.
When i could of got 3 clams the same size for like $90 to $100 dollar and that was one of the clams included.

yep im talking about when i bought it online. I could of got a clam pack for $90-$100 dollars and that clam that i got was in that pack, but i did not get that pack.

And the other ultra crocea clam that i got was only $70 bucks and its ten times bigger then the maxima and that was at a lfs. And i got $30 dollars off the crocea too.

Plus i said i did not really look at the size of the clam when you get it. Which you should always do when your buying online.

Can i put 1 in my size 8 bio-cube or will it die? and dos it need plankton food to survive or just light?

Deff dont put one 8 gallon, one that small needs a mature reef with good lights, and a occasional feeding of some kind of phytoplankton or maybe DT's oyster eggs

At first (its 6 am and I'm running on minimal sleep because of the holiday) I saw the big clam and thought the little one was a chunk of rubble rock, and thought "I dont see any gold on it, I think he got ripped off" I had to read through the posts before I realised the little one is a clam. Oh I miss my bed. lack of sleep really disconnects my brain. well off to work I go.

It looks sort of gold, but more brown it seems like.
