my tank is 2 months old or somewhere in that area , i bought a 4 stripe damsel and blue with yellow tail damsel ,the 4 stripe thought he was king intill i put my 2 little perc clown's in , damsel tryed to bully the clowns and they ran him in the corner behind the power head . its funny for somesome reason, but anyway i put the clowns in the tank and they did this weird bucking bull swin ,like they were in a rodeo , they stoped doing that and since thursday afternoon they havent stoped swiming back and forth side by side , i went to a LFS and got a blue tip anemone , it was the size of a quarter body and all, well i got him in the tank ,he went to the spot i wanted him and he is bigger than a softball now , tubes are about 4 inches long waving in the current ,looks happy as can be , but my clowns want host nothing , they havent stoped swiming since i put them in there . every where i read the clowns will rest some time

well as soon as i asked this question the bigger clown started testing the anemone and now is rubbing on like your favorite pillow and the smaller one is testing it now , i didnt think they would ever host anything
the blue and yellow damsel is eyeing the clowns and looks like its wants to try it lol

Two months is pretty early to add an anemone to a tank. Thay usually need a well esablished tank with good lighting and heavy flow. Sounds like its doing ok for now, so hopefully it keeps going in that direction.
