Will ich effect my tank, will i have to start all over. Will it affect my cleaner shrimp and corals etc? If i have to i will just take them back to the lfs but I dont no what to to Thanks...

ICH will remain in the tank and will always come back. You will have to put the fish in QT and treat them there. The main tank needs to run 4-6 weeks without fish and the ICH will die off and be gone. DO NOT treat the main tank. Insta cures like kick ich etc. DO NOT work. Then, from now on make sure you put all new fish in QT for 3-4 weeks.
