New corals

When you order new corals do you have to put them in a quarantine tank before putting them into your display tank?

some people do, but most don't... just acclimate your corals before adding them.

I usually dont unless I know there is a problem in the tank they come from or there are SPS corals they can bring in something called red bugs that can devistate a SPS colonies in a hurry.
