Just thought i would share these, i really really like them. They are hand crafted Fiberglass and airbrushed to mimic corals and reefs and such.

They are stellar, no arguing that, but imo, nothing compares to the real thing. But I think, for me, part of the thrill is taking care of these things. There isn't a day that goes by, strike that, there isn't a time that I walk past my tank that I don't stop, do a head count, check the temp or just bask at our creation. It's so addictive, at least to me! My buddy has a saltwater setup (40 gallon) and every time I am over there, I check his water parameters, and do a health check because he doesn't take care of it, and it drives me NUTS!

That's actually not bad considering some of the others I've seen that looked crappy and cost more.
Would be great in an octo tank. Won't get destroyed by 8 curious arms, and won't sting the 'pus. Hmmm... I might have to sign into AIM for the first time in a few years.

yeah, but with some fish you just can't do the real deal. So you settle for some good looking fake stuff and some awesome fish.

Well every since i have started, i have had no intrest in the LR / Coral end of things. These really just struck me as well designed and easy maintenence. Call me crazy but i love a perfectly clean tank! Thanks for all the comments

I know how you feel, however, you're going to have to scrub those things and you don't have to scrub corals.

Those are pretty nice looking, most fake coral setups look pretty bad but those are decent, price isn't terrible either, nice for a FO tank.

Looks nice! What fish are you planning on keeping? I ask because of the concern over keeping puffers/triggers with fake coral when they nip them and possibly injest some fiberglass?

Yup. My main issue with fake stuff. Builds up diatoms, algae. Has to be removed and scrubbed.

At this moment this tank has a volitan lion and a huma huma. I have never seen them nip at the fake coral. I pull them out once every 2 weeks to clean them when i do my regular saturday afternoon maintenance :)

This is true, but to me, I would have to do without that fish, because coral are way cooler! But I will say, those are by far the best looking fake coral I have seen. Some of that stuff is hideous!
