well my parents where out shopping for a new computer and well I talked them into letting me get a camera for us to use for under 200.00 and I got the canon powershot A300 Rye Heres the review on it sounds great love the couple pics I got so farReview Of my new camera

On the macro mode, see if you can center the object. you want to be in focus. I was having problems using mine until I zoomed in on the subject in macro. Otherwise, it was focusing on stuff further back in the background.
Looks like a good camera

sometimes you can focus on the object and then pull back just a bit and then take the pic- sometimes this helps- lookin good though
