Just wondering, I feed marine snow and mysis. What are you suppose to feed these guys and how often? I've done a little research, but I'd like to know what you guys use.
Wow!
it cost me 25 for two heads, but I got three more coming.
I alternate Zoo, Phyto and Oyster eggs for the whole tank, feeding every other day, and then target feed my Duncan Arctic Pods once a week or so.

I feed my dungans raw shrimp. Cut to the size of a pin head, 2-3x weekly. Since I've been feeding them, they grown tremendously.

That almost looks like my duncan. About the same size, too! I spot feed mine brine with the powerheads and return off so that they can grab it easier. They love it.

LPS can't utilize phyto. Not many corals can. It does benefit coral feedings in that it will help keep your pods population happy.

What about Polyps and Dusters? I thought they could.
In any case, even if it's not benefitting them, my angel loves it.
Not sure what type of polyp you mean. Yes on the dusters eating it. But your Duncan can't use it and neither can fish. I'm just talking about the phytoplankton, not the zooplankton or oyster eggs.
I bought a duncan about 9 mo ago w/ 13 heads for $130. Here it is after shipping and another pic a couple months ago. I feed mine mysis and cyclopeeze about once a week and it has done pretty well. It now has over 30 heads and a lot of new calcium/bone growth. Hope you like.
