I just bought a EuroReef es5-3 for my 75 gallon reef and all I have to say is WOW I put it in and with in a half an hour it was pullin out junk that my other skimmer wasnt! It is well worth the extra cash. There are just tons of micro-bubbles! Plain and simple euroreef is in a class all by itself!

That is what I just upgraded from I had an excalibur. For the price its not a bad skimmer but you have to modify it so it uses a maxi-jet for a pump

The ER's are probably the most efficient made. I've used a CS6-3 for a few years now and love it. I've been promoting these skimmers on this bb for years.
