Nice Coral Beauty, it looks like mine. Really like that pair of clowns to. You have lots of nice coraline in there. You should post a pic of the whole tank.
Does the sun coral ever open yet?

yup, posted a pic in the reef section of the coral. it's opening quite a bit, but still has a way's to go. i've been nursing it since first week of december.
i don't like how my camera does a full shot--it makes it realy look crappy--, but every rock of mine is covered in coralline, sponges, and other life. the coralline is actually growing on my snails too

this fish is such a welcome addition to my tank. even my wife loves watching him zoom in and out of the rock, stop near the feather duster for the green light (in its head), then zoom some more. its tankmates are such boring fish compared LOL

The way I understand it is that no dwarf angels are truly reef safe. However, you have the best chances with Coral Beauty's and Flame Angels.

yea, that's what i read a lot. the cb's and flames are the better choices for dwarf angels for reef tanks. they will nip at any thing if they are hungry enough, and i've seen him nip at some of my coralline. funny thing is he won't eat algae strips or even my seafood mush. he absolutely loves my flake and pellets though and hasn't touched my feather dusters or sun coral.
