Hey, I just got one of those, too! About a month ago. It's a GREAT fish! When it flashes, it's so gorgeous. I can't get a decent shot of it...it won't hold still:)
You'll like this little fish:)

Mr Tuna,
Flasher wrasses are known to jump. The flasher wrasses at my favorite LFS are always leaping. I saw one land on the floor while I was there once! Keep the tank covered at least until the wrasse settles down and gets used to the surroundings. Better safe than sorry!

Ya i agree with you.
But the thing is.. i have MH`s, and when keeping the cover open, more light penetrates in.

When we bought him the guy at the LFS told us to cover any openings in our tank lid because they definitely jump. Mine hasn't even tried, that I know of, but I'm not taking any chances. I lost a firefish that way.

Is your tank open with MH suspended above the tank?
I use PCs, but maybe this would work for you, too:
You could get some door screen (at Walmart) and cut it to cover the top of your tank...just leave a space open for the lights to penetrate. I cover the back of my tank with it. You can't see it, and it keeps the fish inside.
Another option is to get some acrylic , and have it cut so that you have "borders" on your tank (measure the inside on the ridge) You can get the stuff at Home Depot cheap. It's how I suspend my PCs directly over the tank w/o having to wire the ceiling for lights. It also acts as a barrier to jumping fish.
