Ive mentioned in another thread that I wanted to get a black and white clown to go with my common clownfish. Well I seen one at a LFS a couple days ago for 49.99. Didnt want to spend the money on him but after thinking it over for 2 days I decided to go get it. So I get to the fish store and I ask the manager "how much is that fish" even though I knew how much it was lol. He said 19.99 I said great ill take it. Even though the sticker said 49.99. I guess today is my lucky day!

I wish I could get a better pic but the fish moves so much 99% of the pictures come out blurred. The tag on the fish was "black ocellaris"

is there any prossability one clown can be a male and one can be a female and they mate?
I love how they are getting along so well.

All clownfish start out as males. If you buy them young enough, which I believe you did, you'll get 2 males, and the more aggressive/larger fish, will eventually turn female. However the new black clown, is definitely not an Ocellaris, it's either a Clarkii, possibly a Sebae, or my guess would be a Saddleback (Amphiprion polymnus), based on the coloring on the caudal.
Since they both appear to be young/smaller, I bet even though they are different species, they will get along, one might turn female, however I doubt they would ever spawn (fish don't technically mate). I had a Cinnamon clown and a Pink Skunk clown pair up, but never showed signs of courting, or typical pre-spawning behavior.

just got 12 pounds of baserock! Im getting there. How long before baserock starts to get good bacteria on it?

pretty much instantly.the amount of good bacteria in a tank is equal to the bioload.if the bioload increses then the bacteria grows.if there becomes less bioload then the bacteria dies off.so lets say you have a tank with 4 fish for a year .dont think you have a ton of bacteria in there and can double the bioload like adding 5 or 6 fish.the tank might not be able to take the huge addition of bioload.so adding fish at a slow pace for the bacteria to grow is always important.
