new fish

i thought i would share with everyone my new fish. i got a hawk fish and a scooter blenney. I love to watch the scooter blenney because his head goes up and down while he eats. the question is the domino is always hovering over him and i would like to know why? he does not attack him just hovers over him.

goober, our Domino Damsel does this all the time with our baby snowflake eel, I think he is trying to protect him..From what I do not know, but that is what he seems to be doing. Later Lisa

I believe that the domino damsel is just being protctive but not of the fish.
Damsels are territorial and I think that your's is just keeping and eye on the blennie just incase it gets to close or tries to take over.
My yellow tail does this to all my fish even me.
