I would try to get it mounted to a frag plug or something and out of the sand as quick as possible though.

Beautiful color. All the ones I have gotten so far are brown or green. I saw some other colors at the LFS this weekend but like you said. $90+

The purple monster is an extremely slow grower as many nice colored SPS are. I am still waiting for my friends PM to grow enough so he can frag it.......luckily I am first in line.
